About VBG

VBG was founded in 1951 in Vänersborg. We are still there today. Our location is one of the aspects that hail back to the old days. Another is our targeted focus on safety, quality and service, which jointly represent peace of mind. One thing that never changes is our desire to develop. Since 1951 trucks have become heavier and longer, and strain on the equipment has therefore increased. Safety awareness has intensified and, with it, customer requirements. Had we been happy with this, not a lot would have improved over the past 50 years. And you can take that as a promise for the future too.

In our laboratory, we test every single item along the production process to the finished product. We are not happy until we’ve exceeded all the safety standards by a good margin and have completed the extensive
field tests.
